We process and ship orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Non-metro locations: 7-10 days after shipping.
  • Remote areas: Delivery times may vary depending on location.
  • Pre-orders & out-of-stock items: Dispatch may take 2-6 weeks.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as per ongoing promotions).
  • Standard shipping charges apply based on weight and delivery location.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delays & Exceptions:

During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen situations (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters), delivery times may be impacted. We will keep you informed via email or phone in case of any delays.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations, including the USA, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East.

Important Information:

  • International shipping and delivery costs are borne by the customer.
  • Additional handling charges may apply due to customs clearance in India.
  • Charges are based on package weight and destination country. The estimated cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customers must ensure all import regulations and documentation are met in the destination country.
